Join our team as a fully remote Regional Sales Representative specializing in Medical Devices. You’ll spearhead sales initiatives and drive market expansion in your dedicated territory. Your focus is advocating for and selling our suite of medical device manufacturing services to orthopedic OEMs. We’re seeking a motivated individual with robust sales acumen, stellar communication skills, a deep grasp of our offerings, and a passion for positively impacting healthcare.

Requirements of the Regional Sales Manager – Medical Devices:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
      • Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical device sales or similar role.
      • Strong understanding of healthcare industry, including regulations and procedures.
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
      • Proficiency in CRM software.
      • Willingness to travel within the assigned region and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager – Medical Devices:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

    • Strategize and execute sales plans to meet regional targets.
    • Cultivate relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new prospects.
    • Present our services to healthcare professionals, highlighting benefits and features.
    • Collaborate with decision-makers to understand needs and propose tailored solutions.
    • Travel to clients and prospects, including visits to manufacturing facilities and attending trade shows.
  2. Market Analysis and Intelligence:

    • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
    • Analyze data on customer preferences and behaviors to inform sales and product strategies.
  3. Customer Support and Information:

    • Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
    • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to uphold satisfaction levels.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with internal teams like marketing and product development to align sales activities.
    • Gather insights from key stakeholders to drive unified efforts towards sales goals.
