TITLE: Nurse Navigator Orthopedics
LOCATION: Warden, WA

What they’re looking for:
•Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required. Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington.
•Minimum 5 years of RN experience in orthopedic patient care or care management.
•Specialty Certification preferred.
Hours and compensation potential:
• This is a full-time day shift. This position is onsite NOT REMOTE.
• Range is $72K-$120K depending on experience.
• Full benefits package including relocation assistance up to 5K.
What you’ll be doing:
•The Nurse Navigator Orthopedics is a registered nurse who provides support and guidance to patients, ensuring they receive comprehensive and coordinated care throughout their healthcare journey. 
The Nurse Navigator Orthopedics assists patients in understanding their medical conditions, treatment options, and facilitates communication between healthcare providers and patients. 
•Assist patients in understanding their diagnosis, treatment plan, and any available resources.
•Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to ensure seamless and coordinated care for patients.
•Educate patients and families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and potential side effects.
•Provide information on preventive measures, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications.
•Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and care coordination activities.
•Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the patient experience and care outcomes.
•Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
•Responsibility for oversight of the orthopedic care program through maintenance of program regulatory compliance and also data reporting requirements for regulatory compliance.
What you can expect is:
•Reports to the Chief of Patient Care Services. 
•Facility is currently a 50 bed rural healthcare facility and they just broke ground on a new hospital to be built and completed in 2 years so an opportunity to grow into a new space.
