·         You have in-depth knowledge of Coating, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers (CASE) products

·         You can work full time onsite in the Dayton, OH metropolitan area

What You’ll Do:

·         Serve as product champion for various portions of the business

·         Guide staff and lead new product introductions using internal formulation techniques

·         Be a valued and integral member of a dedicated senior management team

Qualifications, partial list:

·         BS degree in chemistry, polymer science, material science or related discipline; advanced degrees preferred..

·         Physical and testing lab experience; CASE is mandatory

·         Supervisory or management experience

·         Experience supporting and leading new product development for products provided to the CONSTRUCTION industry
