Sr Manufacturing Manager

Ideal for success:

   Engineering Degree, preferably Mechanical
   10 to 20 years manufacturing experience, with 5 to 10 yrs in manufacturing management
   Engineered-to-Order
   Hands on people person, but recognizing when to be hands off
   KPI driven
   Forward thinking and moderate problem solver

Additional

   Industrial Park facility primarily manufactures our automotive signage/branding elements
   Engineered-to-Order
   Main operations – thermoforming, CNC, metal working, welding and fabrication, vinyl/graphic application, paint, assembly
   Factory operates Mon thru Thur with Fri overtime, and on occasion, but not desired, Sat
   Work schedules are 10 hours per day with staggered starts beginning at 4:00am
   Expect 4 to 6 direct reports
   60 to 80 hourly factory employees
   Production Supervisor hourly non-exempt
   Manufacturing Manager salary exempt
   Expected effort 50 to 60 hrs/wk
