JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Senior Director, Sales and Marketing

Location: North America

Our Client is a non-profit whose mission is to help people live happier, healthier and more harmonious lives.  Through the launch of a holistic wellness app called Innergy, Our Client shares proven lifestyle techniques that will improve people’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual lives. 

In addition, Our Client sponsors and disseminates research on meditation and wellness. Through these initiatives the Our Client seeks to positively impact the world at large.

Position Overview:

The Senior Director, Sales and Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth of the Innergy App. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase market share.

Revenue Generation:

       Drive revenue growth by expanding sales and market presence for the Innergy mobile app, and future offerings.

       Implement effective programs for both B2B & B2C Sales.

       Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.

       Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, recognition and engagement.

Team Leadership:

       Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global sales and marketing team.

       Implement effective programs for both B2B & B2C Sales.

       Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Strategic Planning:

       Develop and implement a global sales and marketing strategy for Innergy.

       Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for the company’s products/services.

       Develop market entry strategies and partnerships.

       Explore and build strategic partnerships for long-term growth

Mobile App Excellence:

       Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to take the Innergy mobile application from its current state to a position of market leadership.

       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the mobile app’s features, user experience, and overall competitiveness.

Qualifications:

       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

       Proven track record of success in both B2B & B2C sales & marketing management.

       Prior experience with sales of mobile app is a plus.

       A demonstrated record of leadership and team management of a global sales and marketing organization.

       Extensive experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.

       Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

       Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
