Change Management Consultant

Serve as Subject Matter Expert in Change Management efforts for:

1.      Lead change management efforts for several key Research, Early Development and Clinical process, role and system implementations including but not limited to:

o   Support implementation and rollout of an Artificial Intelligence Foundry;

o   Support implementation and rollout of an Identity Access Management system;

o   Support implementation and rollout of BI Dashboards for Finance and Clinical Operations

2.      Partner with Capabilities Project Managers, Business Leads and IT Managers and Executive to provide Change Management guidance and advice in order to ensure that all stakeholders are prepared and successful for all anticipated changes initiated by the Capability projects.

3.      Work with key stakeholder teams to develop a robust change management and training plan;

4.      Develop and / or author key change management deliverables including but limited to:

o   Project Charter: Vision and Benefits / Value Statement creation;

o   Future State Vision;

o   Stakeholder Assessment;

o   Change Impact Assessment;

o   Change Management Plan / Milestones;

o   What In It For Them Definition;

o   Communication Plan;

o   Training Plan;

o   Value Statement Development;

o   Post Go Live Benefits Assessment;

5.      Report out to ePMO on change management plans for projects and identify any areas of concern;

6.      Work with training team to develop overall training approach and plan;

7.      Work with corporate communications as needed to assist with execution of communication plan;

8.      Establish post implementation assessment and benefit realization tracking

 

PMO Controls and Reporting

·       Provide regular status reporting via Project Manager to support communication to sponsor, stakeholders, executives and the PMO

·       Adhere to templates and standard artifacts

·       Participate in regular updates to the PMO

·       Submit weekly time sheets reflecting time allocation across projects. Time entry must match invoicing amount to facilitate timely invoice approvals.

 

Requirements:

        Expertise with ADKAR change management methodology, Prosci certified preferred

        Intellectual curiosity, ability to be creative and thrive in a dynamic environment.

        Ability to synthesize information quickly and present insights & recommendations to project team and business stakeholders.

        Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

        Experience managing System Implementations and IT projects, especially cross-functional and enterprise-level projects

        Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

        Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

        Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
