Job Overview:

As the FP&A Manager you will be a strategic partner to our plant managers & finance teams. You will provide critical analyses and drive the strategies needed to support the manufacturing operation. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing & maintaining company’s sustainability reporting efforts.

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to build out new processes and forecasting tools, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Operations leadership to develop new processes and financial models that will provide efficient & accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to maintain product cost standards across all manufacturing facilities
  • Collaborate with plant management to develop and monitor annual & long-term budgets
  • Deliver strategy and recommendations on various initiatives across all levels of management
  • Responsible for data collection & reporting on greenhouse gas emissions
  • Stay up to date with evolving environmental regulations related to greenhouse gas emission
  • Build relationships with operational partners across the business and act as a liaison between them and Finance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High level of curiosity to explore, learn and understand business information
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
