Job Overview:
As the FP&A Manager you will be a strategic partner to our plant managers & finance teams. You will provide critical analyses and drive the strategies needed to support the manufacturing operation. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing & maintaining company’s sustainability reporting efforts.
A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to build out new processes and forecasting tools, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Operations leadership to develop new processes and financial models that will provide efficient & accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to maintain product cost standards across all manufacturing facilities
- Collaborate with plant management to develop and monitor annual & long-term budgets
- Deliver strategy and recommendations on various initiatives across all levels of management
- Responsible for data collection & reporting on greenhouse gas emissions
- Stay up to date with evolving environmental regulations related to greenhouse gas emission
- Build relationships with operational partners across the business and act as a liaison between them and Finance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial management in a manufacturing or production environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High level of curiosity to explore, learn and understand business information
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
