A 25+ year old, regional roofing company known for impeccable work and high customer satisfaction is searching for a Finance Director/Controller to join there exciting journey. They have 4 very profitable branches across 3 states and ambitions to expand to 20.

The Financial Architect of Growth:

Oversee all aspects of finance for their growing network, ensuring accurate reporting, strategic insights, and strong controls. Lead the accounting team across branches, managing the entire accounting cycle and crafting insightful reports. Partner with the executive team to develop financial strategies aligned with their aggressive expansion goals, while maintaining our core strengths.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years of finance leadership in roofing or similar industry.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and roofing accounting practices.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate and timely reports for multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership to build a high-performing team across branches.
