NICU RN SUPERVISOR / NIGHTS
NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT MANAGER 

110-160K + 30K Signing Bonus + Bonus + Full Benefits + Paid Relocation 

Position Summary

Works with Department Manager and Director to ensure the planning, coordination, and provision of nursing care to patients on specified units and shifts. Supervises and delegates care responsibilities to nursing and ancillary personnel, commensurate with their scope of practice. Promotes the use of best practices in the delivery of patient care. Facilitates Lean Daily Management activities. Works collaboratively with leadership to promote professional nursing practice and behavior.

Required Training/Education/Experience/Certification:

  • Minimum two year’s previous NICU experience.

Desired Training/Education/Experience/Certification:

  • BSN
  • RNC
  • Previous charge nurse experience acute care setting
  • Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.

Job Description

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • California Registered Nurse License
  • Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) card from the American Heart Association
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program(NRP) certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics
  • At least 1 year of recent experience working as an RN in the NICU department setting in a Accredited Hospital

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $110,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
