Looking for an Injection Molding Maintenance Manager who has high speed assembly and leadership experience, that wants to be play a key leadership role in the continued growth of our client in New Albany, OH.
All of the action is with a major new client, new products, new equipment and plenty of excitement. Business is strong! Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee three shifts, and up to 8 Maintenance Techs.

Injection Molding Maintenance Manager Tasks:
- Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment through coaching, training and proactively leading GEMBA .
- Ensuring team members are successfully trained to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Leading and maintaining a “visual workplace” – production boards, equipment status boards, etc.
- Proactively achieving OTIF through continuous improvement and productivity that includes; uptime, scrap yields, cycle times, and cavitation standards.
- Ensuring Preventive Maintenance for assembly equipment is scheduled and completed on time.
- Leading CI projects and/or be a proactive participant on project teams in support of continuous improvement and new product launches.
- Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained
- Supporting all EHS activities
- Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization
Injection Molding Maintenance Manager strengths to be successful should include:
- Degree preferred but not required
- Must have 3-5 years of supervisory experience leading Maintenance Techs in an injection molding/assembly manufacturing environment
- Must have high speed assembly/production experience.
- Must have experience leading lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
- The ability and desire to work together in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work weekend overtime (limited overtime) when needed to meet production demand
