Maintenance & Reliability Manager

This opportunity is with a global specialty chemical manufacturer in Augusta, GA. They are willing to accept a person without management experience who displays good leadership skills. This is at a medium sized site that develops products mainly in batches that go into the coatings industry. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance and Reliability operations of the site. You’ll focus on improving and maintaining the site’s equipment, conducting reviews, analyzing performance of the plant, planning budgets and projects, getting involved hands-on with reliability, and supervising 5 Maintenance Technicians. You will be reporting to the Site Manager. This opportunity includes a 12% target bonus, 4 to 5 weeks of PTO, a deluxe relocation package for homeowners or renters, and opportunities to transition to other sites worldwide.
