Inside Sales Associate

This is an inside sales role focused on outreach, follow-up, and customer support.
What you’ll do:
- Call and qualify new leads; introduce products
- Follow up with prospects and active clients (CRM tracking)
- Answer questions, handle concerns, and troubleshoot issues
- Present new products/services and support sales efforts
- Escalate complex issues as needed

- Sales experience (medical device/pharma/software industry experience a plus)
- Strong phone presence; comfortable with high call volume
- Clear communicator; detail-oriented
