TITLE: Imaging Manager
LOCATION: Miles City, Montana

What they’re looking for:
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Graduate of an approved Radiology Technology program.
-Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
-2 years of previous radiology hospital management experience.
 
Hours and compensation potential:
-Position is day shift. 
-The range is between $73K-$105K plus full benefits and relocation/sign on bonus.
 
What you’ll be doing:
-The Imaging Manager will plan, administer, and direct operations of the Imaging department programs as well as supervising and coordinating Imaging staff with their daily activities. 
-Ensures assignments are completed and maintains quality patient care.
-Hires, trains, disciplines, and evaluates the performance of staff; ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner.
-Supervises personnel through performance management, qualified staff selection and training, and effective communication.
-Overseas the daily workflow of the departments. Effectively develops and implements department policies and procedures. Ensures that they are consistent with medical center policies.
-Effectively participates in Quality/Performance Improvement (WI/PI) programs. Bases QI/PI plan decisions on trends and needs and seeks staff input. Ensures that appropriate tools are in place to achieve QI/PI goals.
-Participates in the formation of the annual budget and monitors compliance on an ongoing basis.
-Participates in the evaluation of new equipment for prospective purchase.
-Participates in hiring, evaluation, and discipline of employees.
-Serves on committees/task forces as required.
-Consults with Imaging Medical Director to institute new procedures.
 
Additional Info:
Facility is a 25 bed critical access hospital.
Great team environment and it’s a great place to work. Supervise Imaging staff of 12(6 full time, 2 part time and 4 prn).
