Hospice – Sales Director

 
LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY, WITH CURRENT HOSPICE OR HOME HEALTH MARKET EXPERIENCE.

 
We are looking for a superstar with proven, verifiable performance!
 
Base compensation is open and highly negotiable base on experience, plus exceptional bonus opportunities (6 figures at plan) and outstanding benefits offered. 

The Director of Sales is a professional sales manager who provides direction to the sales team in order to achieve sales goals/quotas as identified with the Senior Management Team. Develops, with the Executive Director, program & departmental goals, strategies and implementations, and monitors and assesses results. Participates in training management and team members regarding the referral, intake and admissions process. Maintains professional and clinical competence. Reviews Representatives account profiles and account activities.  Uses reports and data to analyze business trends and constructs appropriate growth plans by territory as directed.
 
1) This is a hands-on, focused sales leadership role
2) Spend the majority of their time out in the field
     a. Marketing to high level referral sources
     b. Mentor, Trainer, Coach
     c. Ride-along’s with their team: Hospice Sales Representatives

Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates must have prior sales/marketing experience.
  • Proven two to five year’s sales management experience in a health care environment leading and directing an outside sales team
  • Hospice, or Home Health experience is required!
  • Local market experience is required!
