• Condominium Law: Represent condominium associations, boards of directors, property management companies, and individual unit owners in a variety of matters, including formation, governance, operations, and legal disputes.
• Real Estate Law: Handle all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, and development projects.
• Litigation: Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, and business torts.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
