Requirements:
- 15+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of revenue growth.
- 5+ years in fintech, with deep industry expertise in payments, banking, SaaS, lending, or financial technology.
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling sales teams at a high-growth company.
- Strong background in embedded lending, digital payments, or fintech solutions.
- Proven ability to drive and execute complex sales strategies at an enterprise level.
- Expertise in solution selling to merchants with a financial or digital product focus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with POS financing solutions and embedded lending platforms.
- Knowledge of merchant acquiring, digital lending, and payments infrastructure.
