Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in Missoula, Montana. This position has multiple openings and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with various shifts to accommodate different schedules. The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations, utilizing specialized equipment to capture high-quality images.

• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.

• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment effectively.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Education/Training: Graduation from an Ultrasound program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Radiologic Technology Education (JRCRTE), or equivalent education and experience.

• Certification: Upon hire, must hold National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or be a National Registered Technologist – Sonography (R.T.(S)).

• Licensure: Upon hire, must possess a National Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred:

• Two (2) years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
