Job Description

• Handle commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development
• Draft and negotiate core deal documents and support closings
• Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel to keep matters moving
• Support transactions across multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and manufactured housing asset classes

Qualifications

• 1+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience in a law firm
• Active Virginia Bar admission (in good standing)
• Strong drafting, communication, and organization skills
• Able to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
• Relocation welcome (at candidate’s expense)
