Tooling Design & Development Engineer
- 3+ years of Tool and Die and/or Tool Design with Inventor experience is required for this position
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience is also a requirement to be considered
- Pay is up to $79,000 annually
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- This position is onsite and not remote
- Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Design and develop tooling and fixtures using Inventor, ILogic, and AutoCAD Mechanical
- Collaborate with maintenance, manufacturing, and contractors on tool design and improvements
- Analyze and enhance processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Evaluate tools, equipment, and processes, providing recommendations to management
- Support manufacturing by troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvement projects
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- 3+ years of Tool and Die and/or Tool Design experience using Inventor or similar
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment and processes
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45-minutes
