Territory Sales Representative | Hydraulic & Industrial Hose

We are representing a leading global distributor of hydraulic and industrial hoses, known for its extensive inventory and application expertise. This is a field-based role focused on managing and growing a Miami-Dade territory with strong upside potential.

This position focuses on developing new business while growing and re-engaging an existing customer base. The territory includes a large database of accounts, with a significant opportunity to drive new revenue.

You will work directly with customers to support hose and fitting needs, provide solutions, and deliver a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and grow existing accounts within the territory
• Build strong relationships to become a trusted supplier
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure strong service and execution
• Drive revenue growth within the territory

Required Skills and Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience in hose, fluid power, or related industrial products
• Knowledge of hose applications, fittings, and related industries
• Experience calling on industrial, construction, or maintenance customers
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate independently in a field-based role
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Territory & Travel

• Miami-Dade County (field-based role)
• Travel is primarily local within the assigned territory

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $65K–$75K + uncapped commission
• Car allowance, company-provided tools, and full benefits
• Additional bonus incentives available
