Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm with a nationally recognized Technology & Privacy practice, is seeking a skilled Project Attorney to support its technology transactions and data privacy matters. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney seeking a flexible, off-track position with meaningful client engagement. The position is hybrid, with preferred locations in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, or Washington, D.C., though candidates in other firm office locations may be considered.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of substantive experience in technology transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex SaaS and outsourcing agreements.
• Experience in data privacy and cybersecurity matters is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements, including SaaS, cloud computing, outsourcing, and licensing agreements.
• Advise clients on technology-related legal matters, including regulatory compliance, intellectual property considerations, and risk management.
• Assist with data privacy and cybersecurity matters, including compliance with domestic and international privacy laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic legal guidance on emerging technology issues.
• Maintain client relationships by providing high-quality, business-oriented legal advice.
