Technical Operations Support Specialist

My healthcare client is expanding and seeks a Technical Operations Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to ensure the successful operations of the hardware and software.  This person will be involved in quality assurance, product implementation, troubleshooting, and safety.

The ideal candidate will take on the following tasks:

• Program and maintain 2D CNC operations.
• Establish and fine-tune machinery to consistently produce high-quality, precise parts.
• Work from blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings to plan and execute machining jobs.
• Ensure quality across all materials and stages of production.
• Team up with the technical team on new products and troubleshooting.
• Stay on top of preventive maintenance and safety best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Experience with CNC.
• Comfortable working with plastics, HPL, and aluminum in both metric and imperial systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and exceptional communication skills.
• Familiar with MS Office.
