Hiring: Systems Analyst – on-site
Position Overview:
As a Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations. You will analyze and design technology solutions that enhance business efficiency and productivity. Plus, you will enjoy a 4 day work week!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create queries for Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases
- Analyze data and create dashboards and reports using BI tools
- Work directly with internal customers to understand business processes and requirements
- Train end users on new reports and dashboards
- Travel to outlying plants, less than 10%
Qualifications:
- AS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience supporting end users
- Strong knowledge of software development and system architecture
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
