Are you an experienced Swiss CNC Machinist looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic and precision-driven environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented machinist to join our team and play a vital role in producing top-quality precision components.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Machine Setup & Operation

  • Load and unload raw materials with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot Swiss CNC lathes with minimal assistance.
  • Perform geometry, tool wear offsets, and program edits to optimize machining processes.

🔹 Quality & Process Improvement

  • Use a variety of gages and precision measuring instruments to ensure strict adherence to tolerance requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished parts to meet quality and specification standards.
  • Continuously improve setup and machining processes to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times.

🔹 Maintenance & Compliance

  • Perform daily and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to AS9100 and safety regulations.
  • Accurately track and record job progress in both written and electronic formats.

🔹 Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Work closely with team members to troubleshoot machining challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and mentorship to support and develop newer team members.

Qualifications & Skills

3-5 years of hands-on experience operating and setting up Swiss CNC lathes.
✔ Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings with precision.
✔ Proficiency with M and G code programming and various CNC controls.
✔ Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
✔ Solid math skills to perform precise calculations for machining processes.
