Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Structured Finance Practice in Washington, DC. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated financing transactions, including complex securitizations and warehouse lending facilities, within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in the District of Columbia, in good standing
2–3 years of substantive transactional law experience
Experience in structured finance and securitization transactions strongly preferred
Experience drafting complex lending agreements, including warehouse credit facilities
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Soft skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate complex lending agreements and related financing documentation
Support securitization and structured finance transactions across a broad range of asset classes
Assist with warehouse credit arrangements and related collateral and financing matters
Manage multiple active matters simultaneously and coordinate with attorneys and colleagues across practice groups
Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to support financing structures and market developments

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $235,000-$260,000, as determined by experience and market factors
