Job Summary of the Store Manager:

Responsibilities of the Store Manager:
- Lead Daily Store Operations: Manage all aspects of day-to-day store activity, ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Foster a customer-first culture by leading by example and training the team to exceed expectations in every interaction.
- Staff Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and evaluate team members. Provide regular feedback and coaching to help employees grow and succeed.
- Drive Sales & Performance: Oversee and track individual and store-wide sales goals. Implement strategies to increase revenue and maximize customer engagement.
- Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitor inventory levels and stock replenishment needs. Place orders as necessary and ensure store supplies are maintained.
- Ensure Policy & Procedure Compliance: Uphold company standards for operations, visual presentation, and customer experience. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Team Building: Create a positive, team-oriented atmosphere where employees feel motivated, supported, and proud to represent the Showroom56 brand.
Qualifications of the Store Manager:
- 2+ years of retail fashion or boutique management or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive mindset
- Passion for fashion, boutique culture, and building strong client relationships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in basic retail operations (POS systems, inventory, scheduling, etc.)
