Job Description
- Provide one-on-one, high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
- Develop customized treatment plans and track patient progress
- Conduct evaluations and re-assessments to ensure ongoing care effectiveness
- Collaborate with other providers and team members for integrated care
- Utilize advanced rehab equipment such as a squat rack, Pilates reformer, turf field, and more
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow fully digital workflows
Qualifications
- Active (or pending/willing to obtain) Washington State PT license
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commute reliably to Seattle, WA. (Relocation available)
