Sr. Storage Architect

Position Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deliver highly available, reliable, cost-effective hosting solutions.
- Obtain requirements from end users, department heads, or other IT discipline teams.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and technical expertise for all IT Hosting Services initiatives.
- Architect, solution, and perform POC (Proof of Concept) testing and documentation.
- Work with other teams to create an architectural model before moving forward with POC.
- Document, implement, and review IT Hosting Services policies, procedures, and solutions.
- Initiate, facilitate, and promote activities to foster IT Hosting Services architecture discoveries.
- Initiate, facilitate, and promote activities to foster effective Risk Management awareness, including disaster avoidance, change, and problem management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years experience with VMware, SAN, Windows, and Citrix.
- May require travel to branch and international locations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage in a matrix and global organization.
