Microsoft 365 System Administrator 10-01-2024

Are you a tech-savvy professional passionate about enhancing collaboration? Join Our client as a Microsoft 365 System Administrator and play a crucial role in managing our collaboration technologies, ensuring seamless and efficient operations across our growing company!

Better together! This position is on-site in Pleasant Prairie, WI or Waukegan, IL based on need, and we are looking for people who share our passion.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint as well as Atlassian Jira and Confluence applications.
  • Implement best practices and optimize our Microsoft 365 and Atlassian environments.
  • Provide top-tier support, coordinating with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Work closely with other IT staff and stakeholders to ensure our tools meet business needs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 features, functionalities, and automation.
  • In-depth understanding of Azure Active Directory.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
