Position Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint as well as Atlassian Jira and Confluence applications.
- Implement best practices and optimize our Microsoft 365 and Atlassian environments.
- Provide top-tier support, coordinating with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
- Work closely with other IT staff and stakeholders to ensure our tools meet business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 features, functionalities, and automation.
- In-depth understanding of Azure Active Directory.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
