Compensation:
This role leads supply chain efforts for important aerospace programs. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and program teams to manage suppliers, lower costs, improve processes, and ensure critical parts are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
Lead supply chain coordination across engineering, operations, and program teams.
Identify and solve problems that affect delivery and efficiency.
Track project milestones and risks, and create plans to stay on schedule and budget.
Monitor supplier capacity and ensure they can meet requirements.
Support design changes by evaluating supply chain impacts.
Drive continuous improvement in supply chain and product development.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Collaborate with internal teams and program managers to meet goals.
Create and monitor supply chain performance metrics for space programs.
Communicate program value to both internal and external stakeholders.
Help develop long-term business strategies.
Follow high ethical standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of relevant experience (aerospace, manufacturing, supply chain)
Deep knowledge of supply chain and/or program management
Experience managing subcontract budgets and forecasts.
Willing to travel to U.S.-based supplier locations.
