Our dynamic consumer healthcare company is expanding its digital marketing team! We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Associate to spearhead social content strategy and boost brand visibility in the health and wellness sector. This position encompasses comprehensive social media oversight, including content development, creator collaborations, and audience engagement—building, monitoring, measuring, and refining social initiatives with an entrepreneurial approach.
You’ll become part of an agile marketing department during a period of rapid expansion, contributing to the development of digital frameworks and approaches from the foundation up. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX.
Requirements for the Social Media Marketing Associate:
- 3–5 years of practical social media or digital marketing background
- Expertise in social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and measurement tools
- Exceptional copywriting, creative narrative development, and multimedia content abilities across diverse channels and demographics
- Proven track record in creator partnership management, brand collaborations, and online community building
- Working knowledge of the Shopify platform and e-commerce operations
- Preferred: Background in consumer healthcare, wellness, or beauty sectors
- Strategic thinker with an independent, results-oriented approach who excels in dynamic, growth-focused settings
Primary Duties of the Social Media Marketing Associate:
- Design and implement multi-platform social media initiatives that drive brand recognition, audience interaction, and sales growth
- Produce compelling written and visual content while overseeing editorial calendars across digital touchpoints
- Source, coordinate, and maintain relationships with content creators and brand ambassadors to amplify market presence
- Research emerging platform features, competitor activities, and sector trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Facilitate online community discussions, address customer inquiries, and build meaningful connections with consumers, industry professionals, and potential partners
- Measure campaign effectiveness through key performance indicators and provide actionable insights for strategic improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop impactful creative materials and promotional content that support broader business objectives
