 Skilled Home Health RN Administrator

The RN Administrator is responsible for the direction, coordination, and general organization of all programs, services and functions of the certified home health agency (CHHA)

Responsible for all day to day operations; ensuring that a qualified Clinical Manager is available during all operating hours, and ensuring that the agency employs qualified personnel, including the development of personnel qualifications and polices.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work closely with all clinical, operation and sales departments
  •  Supervision, direction, education, counseling of agency clinical staff
  • Compliance with all federal and state agencies regulating CHHA services
  • Collaborates and oversees strategies and processes.
  • Reports to company Executive Leadership
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction with patients, families, and care givers

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • NYS Licensed Registered Nurse.
  • BSN preferred
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a CHHA
  • 3 years’ experience in supervisory or administrative position in Home Care
  • Strong knowledge of NYS regulations for a CHHA
