Site Safety Manager (Manufacturing Plant)

This role is for a Safety Manager who understands that real improvement starts with trust, not fear.

Our 350 person non-union manufacturing client is investing in safety leadership at the plant level — not to maintain the status quo, but to reset habits, rebuild credibility, and drive step-by-step improvement alongside a strong, engaged Plant Manager.

This is not a paper-only or enforcement-first role.

• Lead site safety strategy and daily execution
• Be present on the floor — coaching, listening, influencing
• Strengthen compliance while improving behaviors and outcomes
• Help leaders and employees take ownership of safety, together
