Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines to manufacture metal components for various industries
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain smooth production and quality standards
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals while ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Perform hands-on tasks that require physical effort, including lifting materials and adjusting machine parts
Requirements
- Must have experience working in a metal fabrication environment; prefer roll forming, metal forming, stamping or relate industries
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret machine specifications and perform basic math with a ruler
- Problem-solving mindset
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with operators and supervisors
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and adjusting machine components
