Senior Traffic Project Manager

What we’re looking for:

Degree in Engineering, Planning or Related Field
Professional Engineer Licensure in Louisiana – or ability to get one ASAP
Over 12 years of progressive experience in Traffic Engineering, show casing their expertise and commitment to the field
Proficiency in engineering software, manuals, and methodologies crucial for execuing the projects outlined above
Proven track record of successfully managing projects, ensuring they stay on track within scope, schedule, and budget

Desirable Qualifications

Extensive experience with 12 or more years working on projects similar to those mentioned
At least 5 years in a Project Management capacity
A knack for business development, demonstrating their ability to drive growth and success
Exceptional team-building, and management skills, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Familiarity with SYNCHRO, VISSIM, and other modeling software, as well as, proficiency in MicroStation of other CAD software
TxDOT Precertification in relevant categories, showcasing their commitment to excellence in Transportation Engineering
