What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end tax client engagements, ensuring high-quality planning, compliance, and consulting deliverables
- Review complex returns and workpapers, providing clear guidance and distributing work appropriately to develop the team
- Help drive adoption of firm processes, supporting continued integration
- Partner with Assurance and other service-line leaders to deliver coordinated client service and identify opportunities to expand relationships
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
- 7+ years of progressive tax accounting experience
- Licensed Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent
- Proven ability to develop staff and build consistent processes
