Senior Sales Associate- Cardiothoracic

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate- Cardiothoracic to drive sales strategy, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical expertise within the bay area. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience in cardiothoracic procedures or 2+ years of case support in the specialty and a strong track record in sales or clinical education.

Requirements of the Senior Sales Associate- Cardiothoracic:

• 2+ years of experience in cardiothoracic clinical or sales roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiothoracic procedures, operating room protocols, and medical terminology.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Comfortable in clinical/OR environments and able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
