Senior Project Manager – ITSM

Our client needs an experienced Senior Project Manager onsite in Cleveland to manage a national dispatch implementation.

Requirements: 

• Has completed a transition for PC device incident response to include dispatching techs
• Experience with large enterprise implementations
• Experience with Service Now 
• Business Continuity experience is a plus
• Experience with a dispatch model (National scope 975 bank branches)
• PMP

 This will start as a 120-day contract that is a transition and could be extended.
