Senior Project Manager – Commercial Flooring

A leading commercial floorcovering company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive profitable growth through strong client relationships and expert project execution.

This role combines business development and high-level project management. The ideal candidate brings an established book of business ($3M+ annually), strong industry relationships, and experience managing large-scale commercial flooring projects from award through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial flooring projects from award to closeout
• Maintain and grow key client accounts
• Generate $3–5M in annual revenue through new and existing relationships
• Oversee bids, pricing, budgets, and profitability
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Lead contract negotiations and maintain strong client communication

Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of commercial flooring or related construction PM experience
• Proven business development success
• Strong financial and contract management skills
• Established network with GCs, property managers, and commercial clients
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
