Our team is working with a medical device software client in Los Angeles with a critical role in their growing team. Our client seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead their product roadmap and execution for their innovative software product. In this role, you will define and drive the product roadmap for their solutions, serving as the voice of the customer and ensuring their products meet the highest standards of accuracy, utility, and impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and market insights into innovative products and expand their market presence.

 

 

Qualifications of the Senior Product Manager:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management
  • Experience in  medical devices or healthcare technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences); advanced degree a plus
  • Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning, preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing complex healthcare products to market
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Deep empathy for end-users and commitment to improving clinical workflows and patient outcomes
  • Ability to execute methodically and balance long-term vision with short-term goals
  • Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards, including FDA and IVDR marking processes

 

 

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager:

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation
  • Conduct market analysis to identify high-value opportunities and understand the competitive landscape
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, engineering, data science, regulatory affairs, and marketing teams
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product features
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to create compelling go-to-market strategies
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, and machine learning
