Education & Licensure

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• PE stamp VT with ability to get NY and NH Stamps.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience designing MEP systems for commercial buildings.
• Proficiency in Revit for drafting and modeling a strong desire but not a requirement
• Creative mindset to tailor solutions to each project’s unique needs.

Duties

Energy-Efficient Design:

• Lead the design and development of HVAC and electrical systems for commercial and industrial buildings.
• Implement sustainable practices while ensuring practical functionality.
• Optimize energy consumption through innovative solutions.

Project Leadership:

• Manage MEP projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Technical Expertise:

• Oversee and conduct calculations for MEP systems.
• Utilize advanced modeling tools (such as Revit) to visualize designs.
• Evaluate and recommend energy-efficient technologies.

• Work closely with architects and other engineers.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to clients and project stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

• Review construction documents, specifications, and submittals.
