The Senior Manager of New Model Sales is responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for new vehicle models. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, market analysis, and team leadership to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new vehicle models.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Use data analytics to inform sales tactics and strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to set pricing strategies and sales forecasts.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to meet sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.      
  • Identify and address customer issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related Engineering field
  • 10 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop long-term sales strategies.
