Senior Transportation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Transportation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management, staff supervision, and transportation engineering projects with agencies such as PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.

Client will pay more depending on experience.

Salary Range – $140k to $148k

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships with PennDOT, Turnpike, and other agencies.
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of transportation projects.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to staff.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client outreach.

Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in transportation engineering.
• Proven client management experience, particularly with PennDOT and the Turnpike.
• Strong supervisory and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
