Senior Financial Analyst 
Transportation/Aviation Industry – South/Central Florida (on the ocean) – up to $95K
The Sizzle:
•    In office full time
•    Even though in office full time, offers flexibility when needed
•    Small group, the SFA role will have 1 Staff reporting directly to them
•    Position is open due to growth
•    The role offers upward mobility, can eventually move into the Hiring Manager’s position 
•    Targeting 3 years of public accounting experience.  Great opportunity for an Auditor to pivot into finance
•    Vero Beach is a beautiful ocean town that is centrally located and offers lots to do
Minimum Education & Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting from accredited college/university within the United States.
•    Public Accounting Experience, Master’s degree and/or CPA license is preferred but not required.
•    Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting or alternatively 3+ years in Public Accounting.
•    Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•    Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Job Responsibilities and Duties: 
•    Conduct comprehensive variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budgeted and forecasted figures.
•    Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to understand key drivers of financial performance.
•    Assist in the development and consolidation of annual budgets.
•    Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information for budget preparation.
•    Develop short-term and long-term financial forecasts using historical data, economic indicators, and departmental input.
•    Update and maintain forecasting models to reflect changing business needs and market conditions.
•    Assist in month-end closing procedures including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
