Note: This role requires a California-licensed Family Law Attorney with 5+ years of direct family law experience. Candidates must be comfortable handling court appearances, including Bay Area courts when required.

Job Description

• Handle a full family law caseload from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in divorce, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively in contested matters
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Manage cases independently in a remote work environment

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 5+ years of California family law experience
• Strong litigation, motion, and court appearance experience
• Excellent legal writing and client communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines remotely
