Senior Estimator / Supervisor

Senior Estimator / Supervisor (75-100K) 

We have an an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Estimator / Supervisor to work for a building products firm East of Syracuse, NY. 

Work Schedule: M-Th 7:00AM – 5:30PM 

Duties include:

• Supervise a team of Estimators. 
• Perform hands on Estimation work.
• Review blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed estimates.
• Provide all subcontractors with relevant drawings and specifications during the bid process.
• Estimate time, labor, material, and product costs to determine overall cost for project.
• Prepare written proposals, cost estimates, budgets and updates for clients.

Qualifications:

• AAS or BS degree (preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related).
• 5+ years of experience in plan and spec estimating.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in MS Office with a focus on Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of mechanical contracting and mechanical systems is desired.
