Senior Audit Manager

Our accounting client is immediately hiring a Senior Audit Manager to join their team in the greater Longview, NC area.

MUST HAVE: 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• CPA License
• 5 to 10 years of audit experience

NICE TO HAVE: 

• Public accounting experience
• Managerial experience

DAY TO DAY: 

The Senior Audit Manager oversees multiple audits across industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and utilities. Their day includes reviewing emails, leading team meetings, and ensuring audit fieldwork is on track. They meet with clients to discuss audit progress, review financials, and address issues while reviewing junior accountants’ work for compliance. Administrative tasks, like billing and meeting deadlines, are key. Strong communication and organization are essential to managing projects and delivering quality service.
