School Based – SLPA, Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant

We’re on the hunt for a dedicated SLPA to join our school-based team. You’ll be working closely with children, helping them improve their communication skills and supporting their educational journey. Your role will include assisting the lead Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans, conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring student progress.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student goals.
• Document student progress and maintain records.

What you bring:

• Associate’s degree in a related field or completion of an SLPA program.
• Valid SLPA license in the state of Alabama.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
