Join our client’s rapidly growing team as a Sales Director in an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in growing a significant segment of their company – their medical testing division. With a long history and strong reputation, our client boasts consistent double-digit growth and is looking for an inaugural sales professional to join their team, accelerate their growth, and expand into new segments.

As the Sales Director, you will have a unique opportunity to report directly to the CEO, playing a significant and impactful role in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy.

Qualifications of the Sales Director – Medical Testing:

  • 5+ years in a Sales or Business Development Role with a track record of success
  • 1-2 years of people management experience in a Sales or Business Development function
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and influencing decision-makers and key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong communicator with a passion for coaching and mentorship
  • Outside-the-box thinker, willing to test and experiment to improve team performance
  • Career motivated, looking for an opportunity to make a mark and move quickly through a fast-growing organization
  • Experience working in Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Lead Navigator, or equivalent tools
  • Familiarity with medical testing, laboratory testing, and sales for large healthcare institutions is a plus

Responsibilities of the Sales Director – Medical Testing:

  • Manage the relationship with the company’s current largest client, including troubleshooting, weekly reporting, and price negotiation
  • Lead the admin/customer support team
  • Grow our B2B medical testing business by selling to existing and new clients, particularly to hospitals and large health centers
  • Lead the kit-building operations and logistics that support the medical testing business
  • Help with the overall growth strategy of the medical testing business
