Develop new and grow existing relationships with key referral sources including: hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and physicians, as well as community Assisted Living, Rehab facilities and concierge physicians.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in private pay home care sales
Demonstrated referral relationships
Strong organizational skills and a drive to succeed
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
